Due to an increasing number of positive COVID-19 cases in our area, effective Monday, December 27, our office locations will only be conducting in-person transactions at lobby entrances and drive-thru stations.
We take the health and safety of our clients, staff members, and community very seriously. We will be re-evaluating lobby restrictions each week in the hope of resuming full lobby access as soon as safely possible. You can bank 24/7 using our full suite of online and mobile banking services.

SBA RELEASES BORROWER INSTRUCTIONS FOR PPP LOAN FORGIVENESS
On Friday evening, May 15th 2020, the SBA and Treasury Department released the application that borrowers must complete in order to have their PPP loan forgiven. The form includes detailed information about the costs that are eligible for forgiveness and instructions for calculating those costs.

SBA noted that it will soon issue regulations and additional guidance for borrowers on completing the forgiveness form, please continue to visit the SBA’s website for updates.
We will keep you informed as new information becomes available, however, we strongly advise you to seek counsel from your accountant or tax advisor concerning the specifics of your particular situation.
Our goal is to make sure that all of our customers are fully complying with the provisions of the program and obtaining the maximum benefit from participating in the PPP.

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE
The COVID-19 pandemic is unfolding minute-by-minute. However, Orange Bank & Trust is in a strong position and as a well-capitalized bank we are always here to support our customers and our communities in prosperous times and in times of crisis as we’ve done for the past 125 years. We are providing a series of relief measures to help our personal and business banking customers mitigate the financial hardships they are facing right now or navigate other challenges that could confront them during this unprecedented time.
– Relief options and solutions for clients:
– Refund of overdraft fees for clients who have been impacted by COVID-19
– Waiving early withdrawal penalties on Time Deposit Accounts
– Increase of ATM withdrawal limits and mobile deposit limits are available upon request
– Waiving transaction fees above the stated limits as defined by regulation on money market and savings accounts for 90 days
– Waiving of late fees or over limit fees for credit cards and rush orders for cards
– Waiving fees for our business clients to utilize Remote Deposit Capture for 90 days

If you are experiencing financial hardship please call our Customer Service Center at (845) 341- 5000 to be connected to one of our lenders to discuss our lending relief options and other forms of assistance available.
We want to remind you that in response to the government recommended social distancing efforts to minimize the growth of the virus, transactions performed at our branches are limited to Drive-Up stations. For branches without Drive–Up capabilities, transactions will be conducted at the front door. All offices will operate under their normally scheduled business hours. Please note, safe deposit box access and assistance for those with disabilities will be available through appointment only. To schedule your appointment, please contact your local branch.

We also want to remind clients that online scams, phishing and other fraudulent activities are on the rise due to the coronavirus. It’s common for scammers to take advantage of emergency situations and vulnerabilities.
